Our Black Angus Beef farm has been in the Marr family since 1874. We are proud to celebrate 133 years in 2007! We are the fourth generation, second consecutive brother-sister team to own and operate the business. In 1999 we began marketing our tender, juicy beef cuts directly to the consumer. All animals are born and raised on our farm, grass fed and grain/corn finished. We do not feed animal byproducts nor use growth hormones. Antibiotics have not been used for at least nine months before processing. |

Our processing is done by one of the most renowned processors in the State of Wisconsin, Webers of Cuba City, where our Beef is State Inspected and aged a minimum of 2 weeks at 34-36 degrees before packaging. This “aging process” promotes tenderness and allows the flavor to intensify to that mouthwatering deliciously tender Black Angus taste.

We currently sell direct from the farm to consumers, local restaurants and local retailers. We also sell at the Mineral Point Market at Water Tower Park Saturday mornings, May thru October. |
